Making an Appointment
You may request a specific veterinarian based on preference or for follow-up on a particular case. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request in a timely fashion. If your needs are urgent or you do not request a specific veterinarian, you will be given the first available appointment. In general, veterinary schedules are made according to geographic locations.
Specific times are not given at the time an appointment is made with the office. You may request a morning or afternoon appointment, however the receptionist cannot guarantee that time.
The day of your appointment, the veterinarian will plan the appointment order of the day. We must also accommodate emergency situations as they arise. You may call the office around 9-9:30 a.m. to get an approximate time for your appointment that day. We do our best to accomplish our appointments between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. In general, in-clinic appointments are scheduled between 8:30am and 10:00am. We can call you ½-1 hour prior to the veterinarian arriving at your farm.
Kindly give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If no notice is given and you are not reachable on the day of your appointment a farm call charge will be billed for a missed appointment to accommodate for the veterinarian’s time and travel costs.
